International Hydrocolloids Society
The International Hydrocolloids Society, registered in Canada, is the legal entity that oversees the International Hydrocolloids Conferences. The main functions of the International Hydrocolloids Society are to determine future locations of the IHCs, co-manage the IHCs with the host committee and oversee the awarding of the Glyn O. Phillips prize, which will be awarded biennially at the IHC.
